Environmental Response / Pollution Mitigation
PMC has been involved with projects involving oil spills and environmental monitoring. The company currently has employees trained in basic oil spill response (Canadian Coast Guard Environmental Response) as well as marine pollution On Scene Commander (OSC), (Dalhousie University).

The company also has experience working with Fisheries and Oceans Canada Environmental Response, Canadian Wildlife, and Environment Canada as individual agencies or through the REET organizational structure.

Some notable projects include:

 

-   Wreck removal from environmentally sensitive areas
-   Spill monitoring and mitigation after sinking
-   Mitigation on behalf of liability insurers
-   Coastal and harbour spills
-   Other related situations such as fishing vessel fuel spills and tanker oil spills.
